When used for cake decorating and candy making purposes, the petal dust gives very nice and natural look. It can be used on chocolate, fondant, gum-paste. To apply to chocolate, fondant or gum-paste you will need to use a soft brush- a very small amount of the dust will go a long way. Make sure the surface is dry and/or hardened.
This petal dust is non-toxic. However it is not considered a food product. Purchase and use for decorations at your own discretion.
