This summer you might be searching for ideas how to put together a beach team party or maybe even a wedding. Here is a short video we made a while back to show you how to make seashell chocolate candies with a “swirl” effect using two different colors of chocolate. You can use these seashell candies for a centerpiece or as embellishments on your cake. Bellow the video is the list of everything you might need to make these chocolate seashells.
To make the chocolate seashell candies you will need:
Merckens White Chocolate Rainbow Compound
Merckens Milk Chocolate Rainbow Compound
Squezze Bottle For Chocolate
Either of the two seashell chocolate candy molds we currently carry.
Quick tip: Using “Merckens Rainbow Compound” instead is much easier. You do not need to temper it and once melted you can just pour it into your candy mold. You can melt your Merckens compound in a microwave oven (1 minute at a time, while stirring in between). Do not melt your chocolate in the “Squezze” bottle- the chocolate can get too hot and may ruin your bottle.
