At The Chocolate Belles, we offer number of cake decorating and candy making classes during the course of the year. From basic introduction and fun with your kids to more advance classes – we have it all. In addition we offer private one on one classes. Below are the upcoming classes. Cake and Cookie Decorating Classes

Basic Cake Decorating Class (September 11, 2018)

Cakes by our studets

In our basic cake decorating class you will learn how to properly ice and decorate a cake, make basic borders, figure pipe, make roses, rose buds, basket weave, and many more decorating tips. $60.00 plus supplies 4 weeks. Class meets one night a week for 4 weeks at 6:00 PM.

Decorate a Cookie Class (October 4, 2018)

Learn the art of making beautiful picture cookies using picture flow icing and chocolate. $65.00 supplies included. Thurs. Oct. 4, 2018 at 6:00 PM. 2 weeks

Fondant Flower Class (October 8, 2018)

In this class learn how to make lots of fondant flowers. Included are the daisy, roses, fantasy flowers, etc. $50.00 plus supplies. This class meets once a week for 3 weeks at 6:00 PM. Monday Oct. 8, 2018.

Introduction to Fondant Class (November 7, 2018)

Learn the basics of covering and decorating your cake in rolled fondant. You will learn how to properly cover your cake in fondant, sponge technique, making flowers, etc. This is a 3 week class meeting once a week for 3 weeks. Class starts at 6:00 PM. Supplies extra.

Candy Making Classes

Basic Candy Making Class (September 13, 2018)

In this class we cover painting, clusters, dipping, peanut butter cups, cordial cherries, creams, caramels, etc. This is a 3 week class which meets every Thurs. for 3 weeks at 6:00. Supplies extra.

Embellished Apple Class (October 23, 2018)

In this class you will make 6 beautiful embellished apples. You will create these wonderful apples with caramel, nits, mini chips, toffee, etc. These masterpieces will be taste tempting treats for your family and friends! Class is held a 6:00 PM. All supplies included!

Children’s Classes

Mommy & Me Chocolate House Class (Deceber 8, 2018)

Mommy (or Daddy) will have fun with their child making a delicious chocolate house for the holidays. Everyone will go home with a beautiful house that they have decorated. All supplies included.
