During the course of the year The Chocolate Belles offers number of cake decorating and candy making classes. Below is the list and short description of the upcoming classes for the rest of the year. There is a limit on how many people can attend each class and since they tend to sell out, please don’t wait until the last minute to register for one them. Kid’s Summer Fun Candy Making Class – Wednesday, August 9, 2017.
Children will have fun making all sorts of chocolate goodies. $30.00 All Supplies included. Weds. Aug. 9, 2017 at 2:00 PM.
Decorate A Cookie Class – Thursday, September 7, 2017
Learn the art of making beautiful picture cookies using picture flow icing and chocolate. $65.00 supplies included. Thurs. Sept. 7, 2017 at 6:30 PM. 2 weeks
Basic Cake Decorating Class – Tuesday, September 26, 2017
In our basic cake decorating class, you will learn how to properly ice and decorate a cake, make basic borders, figure pipe, make roses, rose buds, basket weave, and many more decorating tips. $60.00 plus supplies 5 weeks. Class meets one night a week for 5 weeks at 6:30 PM.
Basic Candy Making Class – Thursday, September 28, 2017
In this class, we cover painting, clusters, dipping, peanut butter cups, cordial cherries, creams, caramels, etc. This is a 3-week class which meets every Thursday for 3 weeks at 6:30. This class is held at our shop 249 Chambersbridge Rd. Brick, NJ. Supplies extra.
Holiday Candy Making Class – Monday October 23, 2017
This is a wonderful 3 week Holiday Candy Making Class. Starts on Mon. Oct. 23, 2017. Make a large variety of holiday candies. Includes house, sleigh, cornucopia and lots of delicious candies.
Embellished Apple Class – Thursday, October 26, 2017
In this class you will make 6 beautiful embellished apples. You will create these wonderful apples with caramel, nits, mini chips, toffee, etc. These masterpieces will be taste tempting treats for your family and friends! Class is held a 6:30 PM. All supplies included!
Candy Making 2 – Wednesday, November 1, 2017
In this class, you will learn how to make almond butter crunch, raspberry jellies, marshmallow, nougat, etc. This is a 3-week class. Supplies extra.
Children’s Cupcake Fun Class – Saturday, November 11, 2017, at 3:00 PM
This is a great cupcake decorating class for children 8 and up. Each child will make a variety of decorated cupcakes to take home to their family and friends. Sat. Nov. 11, 2017 at 3:00 PM. All supplies included.
Mommy & Me Chocolate House Class – Saturday, December 2, 2017, at 3:00 PM
Mommy (or Daddy) will have fun with their child making a delicious chocolate house for the holidays. Everyone will go home with a beautiful house that they have decorated. Sat. Dec. 2, 2017 at 3:00 PM. All supplies included.
