When we announced the latest major redesign of our website, we promised to introduce a “Reward Points” system.
Today we are thrilled to announce that the Reward Point is now live on our website. In fact we have been testing this system for the past three days. In fact, you may be one of our customers who received and e-mail from us telling you that your recent purchase have earned you an “x” amount of points.
So what is this Reward Points system?
Every product on our website has been assigned two sets of prices. One price is in dollars and the other is in reward points. Every time you shop on our website, you have an opportunity to earn the reward points (5% when you convert them to dollars and cents) which you can use in the future towards the purchases. Unfortunately the reward points are only available to those customers who create an account with us. You will not be able to earn the reward points if you shop with us as a “guest”, as we will not be able to track your reward points unless you have registered an account with us.
Once you have earned the reward points, next time you shop with us, make sure to check your shopping cart see the screen shot bellow (again, it is important to be logged into your account in order to redeem your reward points, if you have any).
You can only use the reward points towards the products, they are not valid to use towards the shipping costs. If you wish, you may want to wait for the points to accumulate so you can eventually redeem them towards your entire purchase. Or you can simply apply them partially towards the new purchase, even if you do not have enough points to redeem for the contents of your entire shopping cart.
